Do I really need a water filter in Sydney?
Sydney's water meets drinking standards, so it's a comfort and taste decision rather
than a safety one. Most of our filtration customers come to us about chlorine taste and
smell, sediment after work on the mains, or skin and hair irritation in the shower.
We'll talk you through whether filtration will actually make a difference for your home
before you spend anything.
What does a water filtration system cost?
It depends on whether you're filtering the whole house or a single tap, and on your
home's plumbing and flow rate. We'll give you a price after a quick look at your meter
and layout — no on-the-spot sales pressure.
What are your hours, and do you do emergencies?
We work Monday to Friday 7am–5pm and Saturday mornings 7am–12pm. Outside those hours
we'll still do our best to get to genuine emergencies — burst pipes, major leaks and
blocked sewers. Call 0423 485 216 and you'll speak to a plumber, not a call centre.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We're based in South Coogee and most of our work is across the Eastern Suburbs —
Coogee, Randwick, Maroubra, Clovelly, Bronte, Bondi, Rose Bay and surrounds. We do
travel further across Sydney metro, so it's worth asking.
Will you explain what caused the problem?
Always. It's the thing customers mention most in our reviews — we'd rather you knew
what went wrong and how to avoid it next time than just hand you an invoice.
